Each project is unique and is designed to suit your style, that is why prices may vary depending on the type of materials to be used and their finish, as well as the size of the project, for example, for a small project, like pavers with a custom fountain, it might cost between $10,000-15,000. For a custom quote please contact us!
Depending on the size or complexity of the project, this may change from project to project, however, our estimated times are the following:
- Small project: Between 2 days to 1 week.
- Large project: Between 1 week to 4 weeks.
For us, a small project would be the construction of a fire pit and the installation of pavers with some outdoor lights, for example. A larger project would be the installation of a swimming pool, the construction of an outdoor kitchen and the installation of a pergola, in other words, a project that requires more effort.
Of Course ! We are fully protected. Thanks to reliable and trustworthy companies such as LaTorre Insurance and Crosswinds Insurance Agency, both our employees and our fleet of vehicles are fully protected in case of any type of accident.
Some projects require permits and some do not, depending on the scope of work and city/county the jobsite location is in. However, we can help you with all the necessary paperwork to comply with the current regulations.
Note that each state and city may have their own specific regulations and with that, the speed in which they approve such permits may vary, but as a rule, we know that it can take around 3 days to 3 weeks.
Anyway, this is not something you should worry about because we have the expertise to help you with all these steps!
