Each project is unique and is designed to suit your style, that is why prices may vary depending on the type of materials to be used and their finish, as well as the size of the project, for example, for a small project, like pavers with a custom fountain, it might cost between $10,000-15,000. Depending on the size or complexity of the project, this may change from project to project, however, our estimated times are the following:

• Small project: Between 2 days to 1 week.
• Large project: Between 1 week to 4 weeks.

For us, a small project would be the construction of a fire pit and the installation of pavers with some outdoor lights, for example. A larger project would be the installation of a swimming pool, the construction of an outdoor kitchen and the installation of a pergola, in other words, a project that requires more effort.

Some projects require permits and some do not, depending on the scope of work and city/county the jobsite location is in. However, we can help you with all the necessary paperwork to comply with the current regulations.

Note that each state and city may have their own specific regulations and with that, the speed in which they approve such permits may vary, but as a rule, we know that it can take around 3 days to 3 weeks.
