If you have any questions about the cost of building an Outdoor Kitchen in your patio, construction times or any other frequently asked questions that our clients usually have before contracting our services, this section is for you
Depending on the size of the project, the type of material and finish, it might cost between $10,000-15,000 for a small project, like pavers with a fire pit for example, to $150,000-250,000 for a larger project (A pool with an outdoor kitchen and pavers for example).
Absolutely! Our expert designers will be able to help you with whatever you need and depending on your space and budget.
For us, there are no big or small projects, there are only dreams that we want to build!
The first step is to contact us through our form to take your data and start with a first evaluation. After this evaluation and taking into account the details you provide to us, we will send you a quote to your email and if you accept, lets get to work!
Now, the next step is to organize the paperwork for the permits (we take care of that, don’t worry!), the payment of your project or the financing through Lyon Financial and then start the construction of the patio of your dreams! Easy, isn’t it?
That’s right, to remodel or build something in your backyard you need a permit. We can help you with all the necessary paperwork to comply with the current regulations.
Note that each state and city may have their own specific regulations and with that, the speed in which they approve such permits may vary, but as a rule, we know that it can take around 3 days to 3 weeks.
Anyway, this is not something you should worry about because we have the expertise to help you with all these steps!
Depending on the size or complexity of the project, this may change from project to project, however, our estimated times are the following:
- Small projects: Between 2 days to 1 week.
- Large project: Between 1 week to 4 weeks.
For us, a small project would be the construction of a fire pit and the installation of pavers (for example). A larger project would be the installation of a swimming pool, the construction of an outdoor kitchen and the installation of a pergola, in other words, a project that requires more effort.

Of course! During the last few years we have also been working in the commercial sector, specifically, related to pavers, fountains, driveways, plazas and walls.
We have a 3 year labor warranty to cover any repairs needed due to faulty installation for all our services. Also, almost all manufacturers offer a lifetime warranty on their product, for example, Imagine Pools offers a lifetime warranty for the fiberglass pools that we use on our projects.
